GTFOA Membership & Digital Products Refund Policy (2024-2025)

No Refunds on Memberships, Courses, or eBooks.

GTFOA maintains a strict no-refund policy for all memberships, booking deposits, digital courses, and eBooks. By purchasing any of these services, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Membership Policy

- Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, including renewals.

- No refunds will be issued for early cancellation or unused membership benefits.

- GTFOA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any membership at its discretion.

Digital Products (Courses & eBooks)

- Due to the instant access provided upon purchase, all digital products (including courses and eBooks) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

- We encourage customers to review product details before making a purchase.

Membership Eligibility & Renewal

- Members must confirm continued eligibility during renewal.

- GTFOA conducts regular membership audits to ensure compliance with community standards.

Trip Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

- More than 30 days before departure: Customers are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.

- 15 to 29 days before departure: A 50% refund of the total trip cost will be provided.

- 7 to 14 days before departure: A 25% refund of the total trip cost will be provided.

- Less than 7 days before departure: No refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation by GTFOA

If the trip is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, insufficient participants), customers will receive:

- A full refund of all payments made, OR

- A credit for a future trip of equal value.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

- Booking deposits

- Processing or administrative fees

4. Changes & Rescheduling

Customers may request to reschedule their trip under the following conditions:

Requests made at least 14 days before the departure date may be granted without penalty, subject to availability.

Requests made less than 14 days before the departure date may be subject to rescheduling fees.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
